    Items must be unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and not damaged or soiled to qualify for a refund.

Fill out the Return Request Form: If you qualify for a refund, we will send you a Return Request Form to complete.

Returning the Item: Please return the item to our return address as instructed (which will be provided upon contact). Please ensure that the completed Return Request Form and your order number are included in the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing: We will process your refund as soon as possible after receiving your return and confirming that it meets the refund criteria. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

    As with refunds, the item must be unused and have the original tags attached.

    Worn garments
